Key Terms
Node
A human-AI pair working together with shared memory and persistent context. The basic unit of collaboration.
Memory Pack
A signed, portable unit of expertise. Captures reasoning and context, not just outputs. Transferable between nodes.
Commons
A shared pool where Memory Packs accumulate. Can be domain-specific (Legal, Medical) or organizational (your company).
Value
When your Memory Pack helps another node, you earn. Expertise becomes equity through usage-based royalties.
The Problem
Knowledge work is lossy. Expertise stays locked in heads. Documentation captures outputs, not reasoning. When experts leave, knowledge leaves. AI starts from scratch every conversation.
We've digitized information. We haven't digitized cognition.
The Insight
